Dentist

I went to the dentist yesterday. I'd been a bit naughty and not gone in about 2-3 years (not as bad as some folks, I know, but prior to that I used to go every 6-12 months). Supposedly my teeth are still generally good, so that's nice. The downside is that they found one little cavity up the back so I'll need to go back for a filling. I haven't had a filling for ... geez ... probably 17 years or so? My streak has come to an end!

Also, one of my (two) existing fillings needs to be replaced. Apparently it's cracking.

Still, that's only a couple of small things to be done. I don't particularly like going to the dentist, but I'm always glad when I don't have to have loads of work done.

Everybody is going to the dentist. Let's see, the last time I went would have been... 2002 or 3. And that was only to get some teeth out for my bracers, and I'm not sure if they did a proper checkup (though I'd hope the orthodontist would have pointed out if I needed any dental work, and so I guess I could call it 2004, last time I went to the ortho)

Now I'm just terrified to go back

Oh god, is it another one of those trends? I went the other week, and am returning next month!

Looking forwards to the gas though, that'll ease my dentistry fear through needle phobia :D

Haha Chris just went to the dentist, and I'm about to go next week! Must be yearly check-up time for everyone...

I'm such a wuss when it comes to dentists - admittedly I have very good teeth, so I've never had braces, never had a filling, never had a needle in my gum/mouth - nothing. So the day I actually need any work done, I may have a panic attack!!
