LolBoll
Uwe Boll, fed up with bad reviews, challenged the critics to a boxing match. They were a bit shocked when it turned out to be real, and not merely a PR stunt.

Heh.
The reason they were shocked when it turned out to be real was that Boll was telling them that it was purely a PR stunt.

Ask someone who reads Something Awful for the full story. Apparently the critics were meant to get a few days training in before they went toe to toe with the worst filmmaker in existence, but that didn't happen.
lowtax should have had him imo.

Yeah, I already know the full story. I just couldn't be bothered going into further detail in the post :P
Not only were they meant to get training, he told them he wouldn't be fighting for real, and it'd just be strictly a PR stunt.
