Batman the Third

So, a lot of people have been speculating on the interwobs about how to follow up The Dark Knight. I've been thinking about it recently, and here's my very basic framework for what I think could make an excellent third film. I'm mostly focusing on which characters to include and how to utilize them. I'm not going to bother speculating on plot details. Cut for Dark Knight spoilers.
