Go Joanna! Kick some ass!

Ys just got a 9.4 on Pitchfork (0.1 off my guess), and is currently sitting on an 89 on metacritic. Once metacritic takes Pitchfork's score into account, that'll go up into the low 90s, and I get the feeling there are going to be many more 90-100 scores to come. It's sitting at #3 for the 90s on the metacritic list (take that, Bob Dylan!) and I wouldn't be surprised if it climbed up another notch or two.

I'm going to make the call now - everyone is going to give this album of the year honours. Well, everyone who doesn't suck.

I love this album so much. It's completely swept me away. I'm really pleased that it seems to be getting similar responses from so many people.
